Yes! Foreclosure help!  In simple words here is how we do it.  We first get your information  and your documents that you received at your closing.  You will take them to one of our offices where we will scan the documents in for the experts to review and start the process

We will go through the documentation and you might have to supply some other documentation that you have received from your servicing company which services your mortgage, any documentations from their lawyers or corporate office.  We will work with you to gather all the information. 

Depending on where you are on your foreclosure and what we find in your documentation, we will then supply you with a complete forensic audit and letters to the Bank that services the loan, and court documentation , letters to their lawyers and any other letters and documentation needed to start your process.  We will explain exactly why we are doing this and how to get the documents into the right hands. 

Most likely we will be getting your foreclosure out of the county courts and into the Federal Courts.  You are probably wondering why. Well, the reason we get your foreclosure into the Federal Courts, the Federal laws are more strict and more in your favor.  In the Forensic Audit we look for the violations according to TILA, HOPA, and RESPA, (these are all forms and documentation that are in your mortgage papers. )  Next we also want to know where your note is.  By Federal Law, the note holder has to be the one to foreclose on you,  they must have possession of the note and they must produce the note so we can make sure you are paying the right note holder.  (It also gives us leverage when we go and negotiate buying your note and stopping the foreclosure.)  Once we established who owns the note, and we start negotiations, we have a better chance of purchasing that note, the servicing company can't negotiate so why are you trying to work with them?

Ok!  Now that we have Your attention and the Note Holder's attention, you are asking do I still get to stay in the home? Yes.  You must be able to make payments, just like your mortgage for at least 1 to 2 years.  We have the investors that will buy the note at below the Brokers Opinion Price, there is a contract that will keep you inline and the investor while we help you in the next step so you can with-in 2 years buy the house back at a less price you originally bought  your home for and at a fixed FHA rate.

So you want a for instance, ok, here we go.... You bought your home for $350,000.00 now with all the homes in your area  being  foreclosed on and Real Estate at a down turn your home is only worth $175,000.00 (your upside down now and can't get any relief)  Now after we find the Note Holder we then can negotiate buying your note for possibly $130,000.00.  Now the investor holds the note and the foreclosure is stopped once it is bought.  Good News now there is no foreclosure and it is taken off your Credit reports and dropped in court.

We then start working on your debts and we give you the tools to negotiate your debt down and get your credit fixed with the negotiation too.  (Usually we can help you get it to 30cents on the dollar)

Once the debts have been taken care of we then start you on a Credit Education Course that will be a part of you the rest of your life.  We will teach you the 42 Laws that are in the Fair Credit Reporting Act and are there for your benefit!  We give you the tools and education to Restore your Credit and keep it with the best scores the rest of your life! You will then want to teach your children, your family, and your neighbors!

Once you have done all this,  IT'S TIME to get your FHA Fixed rate mortgage!  NO MORE ARMS!!!!!
