PROGRAM PRICING

PROGRAM “A”  Program “A” is a “do-it-yourself basic loan modification program. We provide the software system so that the only thing you do is fill in the blanks on-line. Once you have filled in the application, the software will calculate for you the proposal for you to present to your lender. We suggest that you fill in all of the blanks.

On your hardship letter, we strongly recommend that you hand write it and include it into   the package that you send to the lenders. This goes a long way to establish sincerity. Remember, you MUST be able to prove that you can make the payments on the loan AFTER is has been modified.

There are other loan modification programs that cost much more. IF, you feel that you need assistance, in completing this application, then you can go to Program “B” and see if that is what you need. The pricing for Program “A” is    $595.00

PROGRAM “B” Program “B” is a stepped-up version of our do-it-yourself kit. The only difference we analyze your credit card debt, auto loan, medical bills and all other bills and give you a road map to follow to reduce your debt, your mortgage payments and get your financial life together. This program is priced at  $995.00

PROGRAM “C” In this program we do everything. We analyze your total financial picture. We look at reducing your mortgage payments, we place you in a debt reduction program that will settle your credit card debt for .55 on the dollar. Now, if you have sufficient cash, we can usually get the credit card debt down to .35 on the dollar. Most folks do not have cash and that is why the creditors will get more.

Under this program, your interest stops immediately, and we attempt to get you between (36 – 60) months to pay off the debt. It will vary because of the amount of the debt.

Under this program, we also communicate with all of your creditors and demand that they prove you owe that much money. In most cases they cannot prove the debt and we either have it deleted from your credit files or settle for a lot less than what is claimed as owed.

We also have you order your credit report from www.annualcreditreport.com  and provide that to us. We analyze it and give you a road map as to how to raise your credit scores. Sometimes certain debts are extinguished by law that means they are time barred and cannot be legally collected on. We identify those debts and that makes life much easier once you know that you are being educated and your financial situation is under control. This program is priced at   $1,995.00

Additional features: IF, your loan was re-financed within the last (3) years or you have had an equity line of credit on the home within the last (3) years, that would qualify as a re-fi. It is quite possible that you might have material violations under the Truth in Lending Act. There is a very strong possibility that you can get all of your money back, not including principal, your costs and the lender must pay your attorney fees. If, we find that you qualify, the cost of the TILA audit which is done by others, and includes the rescission letter to the bank is $995.00 I, repeat , we  do not perform TILA audits, we only perform the automated loan modification identified in our basic Program “A”  We will inform you as to what your situation is.
